I’ve always believed in “side hustles” and been involved in a couple over the years. I’m VERY happy with the one I’m with now. It was one of those “you don’t know what you don’t know” situations. I never knew a company like this was out there. I was loyal to the last company for 9 years and never looked for anything else. #whenonedoorclosesanotheroneopens

Don’t get me wrong, they’re not all AWESOME, but is any J-O-B?
Nope, some are good. Some are not.

You gotta pick and choose, do your research, INTERVIEW THEM! Find what FITS for you. Find the right product, integrity and comp plan, don’t settle! There’s too many out there to choose from!

With everything going on and rumors of “cancelling Halloween”, I’m excited to find whatever fun activities I can! 👻

✨𝑪𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒖𝒑 𝒃𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒉𝒆𝒔✨

I’m embarrassed how long it’s been since I cleaned my makeup brushes!!
(especially when I use good skincare and always talk about taking care of your skin 🤦🏻‍♀️)

Anyway, here is how I clean mine, please share your tips and tricks too!

• Soak your brushes in hot soapy water (I use shampoo and @sweetdd4 pointed out, you should NOT soak your handle too)
If you regularly clean your brushes, you can probably skip the soaking. Mine were REALLY bad.

• Mix a small amount of shampoo with a few drops of tea tree oil.
Lightly dab your brush into the mix and scrub into a brush cleaning pad or the palm of your hand.

• Brushes that are used around your eyes, nose, mouth...soak just the bristles in 70% alcohol for 10 mins. (Thanks @dannihanson & @gocleanco for some of these tips)
She also recommends lightly spraying those brushes and even your makeup pallets with the alcohol occasionally. 👌🏼

• BONUS step: condition your bristles

• Lay out to dry. Make sure your towel is elevated so the water doesn’t go into your brush handles (hence why I shouldn’t have been soaking my whole brush).
I’ve seen those drying stands on Amazon but the brushes go in upside down, so I would not recommend those.
